Please read the following info so that you are aware of our current policies regarding appointments and COVID-19 restrictions.
We are appointment only. We are having a difficult time accommodating the volume of requests coming in. Our schedules are staying quite full. Please have patience with us during this time!
-Parking can be challenging sometimes. Please plan extra time to find parking so you are not late for your appointment. There are metered and free spots (when you can find them) on both S. Lexington and Church Street. There is also a parking garage about a block away on S. Lexington (aloft). The gravel lot on Church Street is no longer public parking. Do not park in that lot. You will be towed!
-When you arrive, please visit out website www.zeninkasheville.com, step 3, and follow the instructions to text us. This will let your artist know that you have arrived.
- While you are waiting to be called in, please complete your online waiver. Please visit out website www.zeninkasheville.com, step 3, and click "DIGITAL WAIVER"
-DO NOT ENTER BUILDING. Please wait in your car. We can no longer offer waiting space in our hallway. We are trying to keep everyone safe during these crazy times. We recognize this is frustrating and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
- We will text you when your artist is ready for you to come in.
- Ideally please arrive alone to your appointment. If need be - and if your artists approves - 1 guest may be allowed. This is 100% up to the artist being comfortable, since its still a pandemic.
-No walk ins at this time. You may call to inquire about same day appointments for tattoos/piercings. We sometimes have cancellations/reschedules.
-Masks are MANDATORY. No exceptions. Please no bandanas. If you do not have a proper mask, we will provide one for you. This must be worn correctly (over nose/mouth) the entire time you are in the building. Your temp will be taken upon entering the building.
-Please limit the amount of items you bring with you to only necessary items. You will not be able to eat in the building, so please make sure to eat something before you come in!
- If you are experiencing ANY symptoms of illness (Fever, cough, shortness of breath), have been exposed to someone who has tested positive or have traveled outside of your home state within a two week period prior to your appointment, please reschedule. Deposits will be honored with proper notice.
-If you have tested positive for COVID-19 in last 30 days. Please reschedule your appointment until after you have received a negative test result.
