Em is starting at Zen Ink early May.

Hey! My name's Emily, or Em if you prefer. I have spent my whole life in North Carolina including the start of my tattoo journey. I have always wanted to tattoo starting from a young age and after six long years of serving tables and drawing in my off time, I got my in to the industry with an apprenticeship and have fallen in love with tattooing even more.

I am obsessed with the idea that you can journal your experiences in life on your body and use it as decor to feel more at home in your skin. Im pretty silly, easygoing and love to laugh.

I love tattooing things from big bold tattoos you can read from across the room to dainty fineline where you have to take in every detail. Whether that's a pet memorial for your furbaby or something quirky, I love unique ideas and putting my creativity to work. 

If I'm not tattooing, you'll always find me doing something. Crocheting, playing guitar, painting, drawing, or rummaging through the local antique shops to add some more uranium glass to my collection. When I'm done doing, I love to curl up with my pets and watch a movie!
